Our Endorsements
Lauren Folkerts is a leading voice for housing reform, safe transportation, and inclusive land use. She championed the successful effort to increase Boulder’s minimum wage. Her background in architecture and deep community roots make her one of the most thoughtful, values-driven councilmembers in city government.
Nicole Speer brings unmatched commitment to climate action, social equity, and data-informed decision-making. She has led efforts to reimagine public safety, expand support for renters and unhoused residents, and align Boulder’s policies with our climate goals. Nicole brings deep integrity, an unwavering focus on community well-being, and the courage to take on tough issues.
Matt Benjamin has been a strong champion for smart growth, sustainability, and protecting democracy. As one of the original proponents of Boulder’s Core Arterial Network (CAN) project, he helped lay the groundwork for a transformative initiative that is now making our main streets safer for cyclists, pedestrians, and motorists. He brings practical experience and steady leadership to some of Boulder’s most complex challenges.
