Vote Jill Adler Grano for City Council!
Jill is Boulder's first-ever openly LGBTQ councilmember. As lead staffer for Congressman Joe Neguse's "Housing Our Communities" legislation, and with years as a residential real estate broker before that, her experience on housing issues makes her an even more insightful leader than before. She's a strong advocate for city policies that put people first and make Boulder more welcoming for everyone.
Campaign Priorities
- Making it easier to open pop-ups, temporary uses, and hybrid or creative businesses to fill Boulder's vacant storefronts and offices
- Creating a path to adapt and reuse long-vacant buildings, and helping legacy businesses secure long-term leases
- Offering pre-approved ADU plans, and letting homeowners eventually sell an ADU separately through condominium ownership
- Protecting manufactured-home communities as essential affordable housing, including helping residents purchase their parks and keeping water, sewer, and road infrastructure properly maintained
- Taking care of Boulder's existing infrastructure and assets before asking residents for more
- Keeping more city spending and investment working for local Boulder businesses and suppliers
- Expanding safe public spaces and real pathways out of homelessness
- Strengthening climate resilience and risk protection, alongside safer streets and transit
